MV Panel WithDrawable Type

MC-KT-Series metal clad and withdrawable panels are designed & manufactured by KTC company, according to IEC-60298 standards.
This series of MV panels meets all requirements for safety, reliability and maintainability that made it as one of the most well known panels in electrical medium voltage switchboards.
some of the main advantages of MC-KTC series are:

Withdrawable part of this panel is lighter than other similar types and could be installed in any kind of buildings without any need for flat floor. In addition, this part provides complete safety for maintenance & repair staff. With this withdrawable part, interlocking system can for, there is no need for a flat floor for moving in/out the Withdrawable part. One track is provided for a set of switchgear which is designed based on the requirements of the industry
and easy removal.
Type MC-KT switchgear provides both external and internal protection.

External protection which is:
Complete enclosure of the panels

Internal protection which is provided by:
Inserted metal compartmentalization with enforced-operation shutters. (optional arc-resistant)

Easy maintenance & maximum safety
In this panel, there is no needed to open the door for issuing open/close commands, moving
the withdrawable part, opening / closing the earthing switch. Also insure maximum safety for
personnel, panel is prevents aginst wrong maneuver (according to VDE 0105-part 1 st. )

Interlocking system is designed to provide the following advantages:

• At the time of moving withdrawable part from test condition to operation condition, the door of the panel always can be remained closed.

• At the time of closing earthing switch, circuit breaker shall be opened and withdrawable part shall be in test position.

• During racking-out of withdrawable part, circuit breaker shall be opened.

When earthing switch is closed, withdrawable part can not be put into service position andclosing command to C.B can not be issued.
Earthing handle that opens & closes the earthing switch can be placed in its proper position only when all interlock conditions are met. A handle which only could be placed in its position if all interlock conditions are satisfied, will do the drawout mechanism part.
