Alborz Company (Light Steel Frame”LSF“)

Was established recently through alliances of three successful companies in Iran, Azerbaijan and Dubai. The alliance was formed in response to market needs and customers expectation for a full range general service contracting company. Further more, the alliance strengthen the investor companies and open doors on new markets for them. That’s why we highly value the industrial partnership.
The Alborz Company is the combination of two other companies, Khesht o Pei Bana and KTC. Khesht o Pei Bana was established in 2001, with the registration number of, and the private corporation type. At the beginning, the company was established by five experienced civil engineers while three of them were members of the directorate. Recently, this number has been increased to 8 persons which 5 of them are the members of the directorate. Today, these companies participate in variety of civil engineering matters such as construction, installations, designing, decorating and separately producing 250 tones of Light Steel Frame monthly.
Light Steel Frame (LSF) members are made from structural quality sheet steel that are formed into shape either through press-braking blanks sheared from sheets or coils, or more commonly, by roll forming the steel through a series of dies. No heat is required to form the shapes (unlike hot-rolled steel), and thus the name cold-formed steel. Light Steel Frame members and other products are thinner, lighter, easier to produce, and typically cost less than their hot-rolled counterparts. A variety of steel thickness is available to meet a wide range of structural and non-structural applications. Figure 2 shows typical Light Steel Frame shapes.
