Objectives: Replacement of existing SCADA center hardware and software (supplied by ASEA) of Ahwaz sub-Transmission network with a new system retaining existing RTUs.

Plant Characteristics: Control and supervision of fourteen(14)132 kV stations located In two (2) rings around Ahwaz.

KTC scope of work: Design, manufacturing & installation of a control center having All abilities of previous center and compatibility with existing   RTUs. The control center consists of two redundant main server and two redundant communication computers

 

Mazandaran Power Sub-Transmission

Network Dispatching Project

Client: Mazandaran Regional Power Company

Location: Mazandaran Province - Iran

Status: Final Acceptance Certificate

Objectives: Establishment of a system controlling and supervising the Central area of Province power sub-Transmission network

 Including nine (9) power substations.

Plant Characteristics: Mazandaran power sub-Transmission network includes eastern,Western and central areas. The central area in addition to  Supervising of nine (9) power substations, covers two (2) other

Areas as subsidiary SCADA centers.

KTC scope of work: Site preparation of power substations interface system

- Design, manufacturing & installation of interface equipment. (Including three (3) phase intelligent transducers)

- Design, manufacturing & installation of RTUs.

- Design, manufacturing & installation of controlcenter.

 

Khatoon Abad Copper Smelting Factory

 Power Sub-Transmission and Distribution Network Dispatching Project

Status: Provisional hand-over

Objectives: Developing SCADA system of Khatoon Abad copper mil Power distribution network.

Plant Characteristics: Khatoon Abad copper mill power distribution network With One (1) 63kv, five (4) 10.5 kV

KTC scope of work: Design, manufacturing & installation of about one Thousand (1000) intelligent Power meter

- Design, manufacturing & installation of 5 RTUs.

- Design, manufacturing & installation of a control center so that all hardware components and computer network are redundant and each workstation connects to two monitors.

 

Tehran Power Sub-Transmission Network

Objectives: Establishment of a system controlling and supervising east North, East South and West South of Tehran including fifty (50) Power substations.

Plant Characteristics          Tehran regional power distribution network contains seven (7)  Sub master and one (1) master dispatching center(s).Kerman Tablo is responsible for commissioning of three centers And linking between them.

KTC scope of work   Design, manufacturing & installation of RTUs.

West Power Transmission Network

Dispatching Project

Client: West Regional Electric Company

Consultants: WREC Consultant Engineers

Location: Six (6) Provinces in West of Iran

General Contractor: KTC

I & C Contractor: KTC

Status: Final Acceptance Certificate

Objectives: Supervision and control of transmission network of six (6) West Provinces including Kordestan, Kermanshah , Ilam, Lorestan,   Hamedan and Markazi.

Plant Characteristics: Totally it contains twenty six (26) 400 kV and 230kv stations in  first phase and it is foreseen for expansion of fifty (50) stations in  second Phase.

KTC Scope of Work: Design, manufacturing & installation of twelve (12) RTUs.

Linking of fourteen (14) existing RTUs in region to new  center.

- Design, manufacturing & installation of SCADA center.

- Linking between National Dispatching Center

( SCC), Esfahan center ( ESCC ) and new center.

 

Mazandaran Power Transmission Network

Location: Three (3) Provinces in North of Iran

Status: Final Acceptance Certificate

Objectives: Supervision and control of transmission network of three(3) North Provinces including Golestan, Gilan and Mazandaran.

Plant Characteristics: Totally it contains thirty (30) 400kv and 230kv stations in first phase, and it is foreseen to expansion of fifty (50) stations in second phase.

KTC scope of work: Design, manufacturing & installation of 16 RTUs

Linking of fourteen (14) existing RTUs in region to new center.

- Design, manufacturing & installation of SCADA center

- Linking between National Dispatching Center (SCC), Esfahan center ( ESCC ) and new center.
