Automation
Automation Division is responsible for execution of
industrial process automation projects, and has
successfully carried out over 60 projects in various
industries such as hydro electric power plant (HEPP),
gas compressor station, pump stations, copper,
cement, refractory bricks, plaster, asphalt, lime
stone, sugar, salt and food processing industries.
Our powerful knowlege of hardware system based on
VME-Bus standards or CAN field bus, user friendly
DCS system for configuration of any industrial
application and easy to use IEC 61131-3 languages
for programming controllers has empowered us to be
the pioneer in process automation system in Iran.

pipeline (2006)
• PMS for Marand & Maraganlar gas turbo compressor

• PMS for three gas compressor stations on IGAT V
(2007)
Our outstanding experiences enabled us to use
different controllers such as ABB, Siemens,
Allenbradly, Hartmann, Braun, Pilz, etc. in various
projects such as:
• Karun 3(8*250 mw) HEPP with ABB Advant controller
450 and 110 (2003 start)
• Karun 1(4*250 mw) HEPP with ABB Advant controller
450 and 110 (2004)
• Masjed-E-Soleyman (4*250 mw) HEPP with ABB Advant
controller 450 and 110 (2003)
• Concentrate strong with Siemens S7 system (2003)
• Khatoon abad copper smelter plant with
Allenbradly, Hartmann Braun and Siemens S7 systems

• ESD system for gas turbo compressor stations with
Pilz system “IGAT III” (2004)
• Masjed-E-Soleyman Extention (4*250mw) HEPP with
“ABB industrial” controller 450 & 110 (2007)
• Four gas turbo compressor station, for “IGAT V”
with Yokogawa centum CS 3000 (2007)
• ESD system for gas turbo compressor stations with
Hima system for “IGAT V”.
